1 1/2 oz Tanqueray Rangpur Gin
1/2 oz Porter's Original Tonic Syrup
4 oz Soda water or Sparkling Water
1 Pinch of good salt
Two drops good grassy olive oil
Ice
Gently fill your Riedel Gin and Tonic Glass with ice.
Place first three ingredients in glass.
Give a gentle stir to mix the tonic syrup in.
Place a Pinch of salt in the center of the glass.
Put a drop of Olive Oil on either side of the salt.
Enjoy!
FEATURING PORTER’S TONIC GRAPEFRUIT
1 oz. Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Rosé Wine
3/4 oz. Porter’s Tonic Grapefruit
¾ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 Grapefruit Peel Swath
Egg White (pasteurized, if you prefer)
Dry shake (without ice) the first 7 ingredients. Add ice to the shaker, shake again to chill, then strain into a chilled glass.

1oz Porter’s Tonic Original
1oz Gin
1oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Shake all ingredients together. Strain into a fancy sour glass.
FEATURING PORTER'S TONIC CARDAMOM ORANGE
1oz Porter’s Tonic Cardamom Orange
1oz Vodka
Orange Pekoe Tea
Ice Cubes
For ice cubes: Cold brew orange pekoe tea and pour into ice cube tray of choice to freeze.
Mix liquid ingredients together in your favorite rocks glass. Add orange pekoe tea ice cubes. Top with soda water and stir.

1 1/2oz Gin
1/2oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Dry shake vigorously and then add ice and shake again. Pour into rocks glass and top with soda. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with lemon wedge.

1oz Porter's Tonic Cardamom Orange
2oz Whiskey
1oz Lillet
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Black Walnut Bitters for Garnish
Shake dry vigorously then add ice and shake again until chilled strain into coup glass. Dot egg white foam with black walnut bitters.
